BAT WHISPERS, THE (1931) - DVD

An early sound remake of THE BAT. Wonderful photography with camera shots that seem to float through the old mansion where a "bat killer" is loose, stalking and murdering. The make-up/costume is fierce and amazing. The opening shots of New York miniatures and a camera shot that seems to free fall down to street level is incredible for its time. An amazing amount of cool extras!
