Tor Johnson plays Joseph Javorsky, a Russian scientist who accidentally gets caught in an atomic explosion (just like The Incredible Hulk!). After the explosion, Tor goes from scientist to lumbering monster. Conrad Brooks has a small part as "a man in overalls." The only time Tor Johnson got the leading role. Rivals PLAN NINE FROM OUTER SPACE as the "Worst Movie." ....And, neck and neck with THE CREEPING TERROR. A Saturday night howler!
