Very low budget movie filmed over a few years and released in 1971. A group of young people search for a professor and find a castle in the North American woods along with another dimension full of demons and giant monsters. An ancient book holds the key to the parallel world and a park ranger is really an evil demon that wants the book from the young group of students. S
ome really creepy stop-motion animation and great monsters. For a rough-looking film without the budget, it really works well. Shades of H.P. Lovecraft stories. One of the actors is Frank Bonner (under his real name) that went on to be in the WKRP TV show.
