Stars Dana Andrews and Anna Palk. Andrews is a warped, renegade Nazi Scientist. In a hidden lad he used pieces of corpses to attack to war criminal heads. It all sounds like a very bad idea. The most vivid image from this film is the creepy disembodied head of a woman who gives the evil eye while attached to a maze of wires. Really out there.
