Don't be mislead by the title, there is no half-man, half-gorilla. But, it's a great psycho-World War II thriller! John Abbot (THE VAMPIRE'S GHOST and CRY OF THE WEREWOLF) is at his best ever as a strangling homicidal maniac. He just about tears the heads off of his victims...and he really seems to enjoy his work. John Loder (THE BRIGHTON STRANGLER) is a U.S. soldier trapped in a web of evil Nazis in an insane asylum. The Nazis plan to make everyone believe he's crackers.
Very good B-chiller. Also stars Paul Cavanugh, Ruth Ford and Richard Fraser.
