AKA: THE WIZARD OF MARS. Stars John Carradine. A bizarre, low-budget mix of the Oz fables and cheesy sixties vogue. A group of astronauts land on Mars to discover large worms and a weird city ruled by The Wizard of Mars (Carradine). Campy fun. Forrest J Ackerman is reported to have been a consultant for the film. Lon Chaney is listed on a lot of advertising as being in this movie....but Lon Chaney Jr. (or Sr. for that matter) are nowhere to be found.
