A duplicate human grows in the seed pod. When it hatches, the original person is disposed of. The alien, a perfect replica in look and memory takes the human's place. Only trouble is that these things have no soul and no real feelings.
Excellently written, acted and directed. A classic not to be....duplicated. Is the person next to you really THAT person...or an alien replica?!
