FRIDAY June 12, 2026
DEALER & GUEST OF HONOR SIGNING HOURS 3 PM - 9 PM
MOVIE & EVENT ROOM HOURS 9:00 AM - 2:30 AM
9:00 AM - 16mm FILM: MONSTERS WE'VE KNOWN AND LOVED. It's our traditional opening short film. A documentary produced back in 1964. A look at the classics from the early days through the eyes of 1964. Narrated by Joseph Cotten. Introduced with a welcome to the Monster Bash and future of Monster Bash by Ron Adams.
10:00 AM - MOVIE: FIEND WITHOUT A FACE (1958) Stars Marshall Thompson. This is it! The flying brains movie! Invisible brain creatures materialize on earth and attach themselves to peoples necks and it ain't pretty. The brains use their spinal cords to leap through the air. Sounds crazy, but it actually a pretty cool 1950s horror/sci-fi. You'll never forget the sound when people shoot these brain creatures....eeewwwwww!
11:30 AM - TALK: BILL DIAMOND. Emmy Award winning TV Producer/Muppeteer Bill Diamond will reveal his amazing projects that his has brought to MONSTER BASH this June. He'll discuss his Muppet Tribute roadshow and his TV series on iconic monster magazine artist Basil Gogos.
12:00 noon - MOVIE: MAD MONSTER PARTY? (1967) The puppetmation feature length film about a monster party at Frankenstein's island. The nephew of Dr. Frankenstein receives a request for the get-together. Other guests include Dracula, The Wolf Man, The Hunchback, Mr. Hyde, The Creature, The Frankenstein Monster and his mate. Loads of fun and a cornerstone in the minds of Monster Boomer kids from the 60's. Dr. Frankenstein's voice is Boris Karloff and the monster's mate is the voice of Phyllis Diller. From the people who made the Christmas puppetmation feature RUDOLPH, THE RED-NOSED REINDEER.
1:35 PM - LIVE THEATER: ZACH ZITO - It's an amazing one man theatre as Zach Zito acts out short horror story classics....If you've never seen Zach perform...don't dare miss this...and if you have seen him before, you know to be there.
3:00 PM - DEALER BALLROOM OPENS! Get the creepy cool collectibles you want before some other Monster Kid gets them!
3:00 PM - TV SHOW: THE TOBIAS JONES STORY (1958). An episode of the popular WAGON TRAIN television series. MONSTER BASH guest Beverly Washburn stars with Lou Costello in one of his only serious roles (and, he's great). This is a "must see" for all Lou Costello AND Beverly Washburn fans!
4:00 PM - Q&A: BEVERLY WASHBURN. She's worked with almost every Hollywood legend from Boris Karloff, William Shatner, Lou Costello, Lon Chaney Jr., Dorothy McGuire, Tommy Kirk, Loretta Young, and the list goes on for miles. Q&A moderated by Ursula Adams.
4:30 PM - RARE MOVIE DOUBLE FEATURE with TOM WEAVER: Film historian and prolific writer on the classics, Tom Weaver has dug deep and found two forgotten horrors! The super rare TEMPLE TOWER (1930) which features a mad mask strangler. Plus, FOG (1930) a pre-code thriller! Tom introduces and gives background and insights into both films.
7:00 PM - MOVIE: THE BRIBE (1948). Stars Robert Taylor, Ava Gardner, Charles Laughton, and Vincent Price. A gritty, dark film noir set in South America. Everyone is sweaty and unsavory. The ending features one of the greatest visual effects scenes with Price running through explosive fireworks. An amazing film. Introduced by the author of THE COMPLETE FILMS OF VINCENT PRICE, Lucy Chase Williams.
8:30PM - MOVIE: HAND OF DEATH (1962) Stars John Agar and Paula Raymond, PLUS an appearance by MONSTER BASH guest Butch Patrick. Agar is a scientist infected by a gas (he's also burned by the liquid chemical itself) and his touch is now death for those around him. His mind has snapped and he doesn't want to seek the authorities or a hospital for help. He turns into a massive bloated dark monster. A side note...it is interesting that Marvel Comics "Fantastic Four" series started right around the time this was in production. The monster looks incredibly close to Ben Grimm (The Thing) in the Fantastic Four.
9:30 PM - Q&A: BUTCH PATRICK. The pop culture legend at MONSTER BASH, Butch Patrick. Butch is best known for being Eddie Munster in the classic original MUNSTERS TV show. His credts also include the great fantasy film THE PHANTOM TOLLBOOTH, LIDSVILLE, IRONSIDE, ADAM-12, GUNSMOKE, I DREAM OF JEANNIE, THE MONKEES, MISTER ED, THE REAL McCOYS, and the film spin-off MUNSTER GO HOME! Q&A moderated by Ron Adams.
10:00 PM - GAME SHOW: WHAT'S MY MONSTER? A live game show with audience participation. Game show kingpin Leonard Hayhurst takes you on a wild ride. Can you stump a panel of monster movie experts in this Monster Bash highlight? So much fun to see. Plus, you may win some cool prizes too!
11:00PM - MEXICAN MONSTER NIGHT: LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD AND THE MONSTERS (1962 dubbbed in English). Stars Maria Gracia. Okay, I thought THE SHIP OF MONSTERS was the wackiest Mexican monster film I had ever seen. No, it's this one. So strange, you simply won't believe what your watching. A pack of ramshackle monsters that live in an underground cave torment Little Red Riding Hood and Tom Thumb. Whaaaaat? An evil queen totally modelled after the evil queen in Snow White, except she's green like the Wicked Witch of the West. Innocent children turned into gorillas (that look like the rubber masks sold out of comic books). A Frankenstein monster that's had a bout with a blow-dryer. A creepy monster called Carrot-Top that looks like a Jack-In-The-Box monster come to life. The comedy team of an Ogre and The Big Bad Wolf doing Three Stooges routines. A dragon that looks like a cross between Spot from The Munsters and a pit bull. Skeletons grafted onto trees. A good witch (like the Wizard of Oz) that uses a wand made out of sparklers (ouch). One of the scariest kid's fairy tales and wackiest demented movies you'll ever see. Free Mexi-Chips handed out before the film, while supplies last. Much, crunch and be awed!
12:30 AM - MONSTER BASH LATE MOVIE: GARGOYLES (1972). Good old-fashioned horror story. Very much like an H.P. Lovecraft story. Scientist and his daughter happen onto evidence of an ancient race of creatures. They've been waiting for centuries for the right time to overthrow mankind. The gargoyles are holed up in desert canyons and caves. Stars Cornel Wilde and Jennifer Salt.
