An eccentric, wealthy old woman is getting on and her realitives/heirs try to get her committed in order tro get at her money sooner. She catches on to their scheme and invites them all to her old mansion...where the murders begin at midnight. Wally Ford gets to do his standard "snappy reporter/detective" role again.
