MYSTERY OF THE 13TH GUEST (1943) - DVD

Stars Helen Parrish and Dick Purcell. A re-make of THE 13TH GUEST that I found much more entertaining than the original. It moves along at that snappy 1940s pace. One scene is rather shocking, for its time, as a man staring directly at the camera, is finally recognized as dead, a corpse. Great little reunion for a reading of the will, spooky house movie.
