THE RIDER OF THE SKULLS (1965)Stars Dagoberto Rodriguez, David Silva, Alicia Caro and Pascual Garcia Pena. Another Mexican mix of horror elements that brew into one of the best south-of-the-border horrors I've seen. To give you an idea, within the first ten minutes you see a rat crawling through a skull, a witch laughing maniacally at the sky as a thunderstorm begins and a will werewolf howling on a hilltop. Then comes more cool ghouls as a headless horseman chases the hero who looks like Zorro in the wild west. A group of horseback skeletons and a vampire with the head of a giant bat join in. Now THIS is entertainment.
