Stars Leslie Nielsen, Judi Meredith and Mark Richman. A touch of H.P. Lovecraft as an ancient monster from another time is committing murders in San Francisco during the 1890s. Foggy and atmospheric as the dark cloaked creature kills again and again. Nielsen is a student of old dark religions, assisting the local authorities...and getting too close to the truth.
