After the nuclear bombing of Japan, the heart mutates and grows into a full creature and escapes. It is discovered later by scientists...a boy with a Frankenstein Monster-like appearance. The boy-creature grows to incredible size. Another reptilian creature is discovered and the two creatures rumble.
