MAD EXECUTIONERS, THE (1963) - VHS

Totally wild West German film with a creepy group of black hooded executioners running around England....doing what I suppose they're named for....executing. They turn up at the doorsteps of unprosecuted criminals....and take care of the job themselves. The executioners use rope mysteriously found missing from London's infamous "Black Museum." Dark streets and spooky scenes. There's also a mad doctor who wants to transplant a woman's head on a robot thrown in. Crazed.
