You can see some shades of TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE (but this pre-dates CHAINSAW). Dark humor and far-out scripting with super performances by Lon Chaney (yep, this IS the one where he sings the opening song), Jill Banner (title role) and Mantan Mooreland (in an opening sequence that sets the mood of the whole film).
