VAMPIRE KIT (Vintage 1960s!) - Super Rare Collectible

How many of these survived? It's an original 1960s "Vampire Kit" for HORROR MONSTERS magazine. It includes two glossy card stock information sheets: How To Become A Vampire & The Origin and History of Vampires. A rubber vampire bat. Six mini-photos of famous movie vampires.
