NOSFERTATU (1922) The first "Dracula" film was made in Germany with Max Schreck as the evil vampire. Schreck means "terror" in German. The count travels across the ocean to invade a new land of fresh blood. Still creepy and atmospheric, this film has scared people for decades.
DEAD MEN WALK (1943) George Zucco in one of his best roles as twin brothers, one good...one a blood-sucking Satan worshipping vampire! A low budget production that is really very good. Dwight Frye returns as a Renfield-like keeper 'o' the coffin!
CHAIN OF SOULS (2001) Low-budget, straight to video vampire tale.
